eastside Missions

The Eastside Church supports many areas of cross-cultural mission work. Below are some of the areas where you can find us. And if you would like to help in any of these areas, please contact our Mission Team.

-Zambia-

Whether we’re shipping containers of supplies, sending medical mission teams, drilling water wells, giving wheelchairs to the disabled, supporting jobs for women, or caring for orphans, Eastside loves partnering with our friends in Zambia (southern Africa).

-Angola-

Also located in Southern Africa, through our financial and emotional support as well as occasional visits, we are proud to partner with Nathan and Umoyo Holland who are a part of the Angola Mission Team. This team focuses on church planting, discipleship and leadership training with local Angolan churches.

-Guatemala-

This central American country just south of Mexico is populated by Mayan people who are learning more and more of Jesus’ love for them, thanks to the medical and gospel work of Kemmel and Lisa Dunham. In addition to partnering with the Dunhams, Eastside members also sponsor children in local villages there.

-Ciudad De Angeles-

Every year at Spring Break, Eastside sends a mission team made up of various members to Cozumel, Mexico to work with this Children’s Home. The team performs community service, work projects and Bible studies and also plans many relationship-building activities with the children.  We are always excited to have more people join us for this trip!

-Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation-

Located in South Dakota, this Native American Reservation is blessed by the love and talents of Steven and Deborah Smith. With Eastside partnering with the Smiths to supply clothes, food, cleaning supplies, Christmas gifts, school supplies and more, the Sioux people are learning of God’s love and provisions for them.
